I worked with Jared Young for the first time and can easily say the his service was at the highest level. His service gives me confidence in this Hendrick’s dealership again and I look forward to enjoying working with Jared again.

I had my 40,000 service performed on my '17 RX350 yesterday. Jared Young was my service advisor . He is now my "go to" advisor as he has always taken the time to ask about any minor issues with the car. He had them perform a service update on my front door handles, along with the 40k service and a wash within a 2 hour period. The service department as a whole is always pleasant to deal with... Kudos!

Andrew Jur was a great service advisor, my car was done with service quickly and I was kept in the loop through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, as this is the very best I have purchased from and gotten service completed at.

I purchased my first Lexus in 2009. The ease of Lexus service keeps me with this brand and I?m now on Lexus #2. Bill Ferguson always takes great care of me when I have to drop my car off. I live an hour from the dealership and work as a nurse at Roper. The luxury of being able to have a loaner car is such a blessing.
