Tamara Tobin is the service representative I always choose. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The service department and their knowledge about the vehicles are second to none. Are usually wait when my car is being serviced because of the wonderful lounge area. There is coffee and other refreshments readily available and is constantly being replenished. I have purchased various cars over the years and other dealerships pale in comparison to Lexus in both vehicle quality, sales personnel and support staff. I know most by name and they know me.
