Excellent service visit
I have been highly satisfied with d/ship since first purchase there in 2016 (2nd in 2019) and had great service dept. work from Steve Storey, no longer here. The rep I worked with this visit, Erik Schneider, had a tough act to follow, but was outstanding throughout. He kept me informed of time considerations, progress, and 2 "complications" which were perfectly handled, and all in reasonable time. Very well done, and I'll look forward to contacting Erik next time as well.

WOW how refreshing it was to show up at my appointment...
WOW how refreshing it was to show up at my appointment and realized that Jared Young who worked in another department that I requested for him only to work on my vehicle for service, he’s now my service advisor, very polite, professional and sensitive to my needs I’ve had a few hiccups to the point where I was sorry I purchased another Lexus but Jared has made a difference in my decision. I’ve also had excellent experience with Mr. Clark.
