Great Service
Dealing with Jon Smith. He didn't pressure me, got the sales manager involved to make the deal. He also helped surprise my daughter when she picked up her car. She didn't know we bought her a car as well, and pulled off a little prank on her. I would work with Jon again! From sales to the finance department, I was treated very well.

Horrible customer service and communication
My Volvo XC90 has been at bergstrom for 13 weeks. I have had little to no communication from them. I was told they had trouble getting parts 8 weeks ago (my son found those parts online).i was given a loaner but then had to return it as it had been sold ( it is still sitting on the lot) when I returned it no one even apologized but I was then told I was costing them money by using a loaner. 10 days ago I was told it was a technician problem. They were short people and had overbooked jobs. But the technician who was to work on my car finally was now going on vacation for three days. And they had to pull him off other jobs to get my car done. This is the worse service I have ever experienced. They have been very passive aggressive with me. And this is not my first experience like this at bergstrom.

Great Sales Assistant

Hassle free fender bender!
Your dealership handled everything with the insurance company for me (got me a rental car and worked through the quote). It was not through my insurance company so I was concerned this repair would be a hassle, but Bergstrom made it very convenient!
