Came in an hour before you closed and the salesman wasn't pushy at all and stayed with me until an hour and a half after close, working on getting g me in the car that night. When we couldn't get a bank that was open that night, let me take the car home and back the next morning to finish everything. It was so nice to have someone be that committed to the customer even though it was just an average car sale.

Good, friendly customer service.
I appreciated that Bergstrom set me up with a loaner car when they needed to keep my car over the weekend. I also appreciated that they worked hard to quickly correct a few minor problems that had occurred when they worked on the car, though I did not like that such problems had most likely occurred from carelessness while working on my car. Overall, though I felt that the people there were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they took good care of me and my car.

I was able to bring the vehicle in very quickly. due to some issue with the troubleshooting equipment, my vehicle did have to stay overnight but was ready early the next day.
