Excellent service and exceptionally clean facility

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the service department and the speed at which they service my vehicle. I also appreciate the treats in the waiting room, along with the cleanliness at which it is maintained. I am happy that they offer a car wash even though I do not always take advantage of it...it is still a nice complimentary service. I mostly appreciate the ease of making an appointment since I have moved 150 miles away.

Paperwork frustration

They greet you very well. Chris was awesome to deal with. He bent over backwards to make his sale until he had to give the paperwork to Missy. Names mixed up addresses not right and the people who are so excited are not maybe paying attention which is where she needs to ask to look at the names and addresses are correct before we get this signed. The payments were all messed up, could have probably went to bank ourself because we had ti call several times to get it fixed. Mail going in all the wrong addresses with your information was a big disappointment. Getting a call at 8 am for a paper to be signed that she missed. Very unproffessional. Then the secretary can't get you to the right person. You ask for finance and she gives you parts. Ask for management you get parts. Maybe her phone is messed up I don't know. But Chris was awesome. And Josh from parts was so professional. Use your own judgement.

Quick, good customer service, went above and beyond to fill my car's fluids and check tire pressure during a simple oil change. Thank you!

Service and Sales

We had our car in for repair and always got first rate treatment. When the problem couldn't be found, they asked if they could keep the car for a weekend so one of the technicians could drive it and figure it out. This worked! The problem was found and a cost could be associated with the repair. We then decided to trade it in and got great and quick response.

First experience

There wasn't any waiting for the appointment. It started on time and completed very quickly. The cost came to less than what was expected. That's always a nice surprise.

Great service

Great customer service. I had just returned from Florida. We were up at 2:30 to get our whole crowd to the airport, landed at ATW, gathered kids & luggage. My car would not go above 25 mph. Drove to Hyundai. Car was serviced right away. Thank you!

Consistently top notch

Friendly, thorough, informative, professional staff. Clean, comfortable waiting area with nice amenities. Great showroom. WiFi availability is good as well. Speedy service, even without set appointment.
