When you get there they will tell you up front how long it will be to service your car, and when there is a problem you dont feel like they are taking advantage of you

Great Car Buying Experience!

Titus B. did a great job of making us feel valued and comfortable and he didn't use pushy sales techniques at all! The fact that he worked with us to make the sale possible was awesome - we LOVE our new-to-us car! The Quattro Cafe is a very nice touch too, and washing/cleaning the car too before we took it home. The financing was amazing as well!

nice waiting room

usually takes as long as was stated so you know how to plan waiting room is nice you can drive right in

Excellant Service

Cindy was awesome. She was very helpful in helping me find the right 2015 Mazda SUV. Chase bank also gave me a very low interest rate. Thanks Bergstrom :)

Best service experience ever.

My service advisor, Travis I believe, seriously took care of me and made me feel like part of the Bergstrom family. Even though I made the huge mistake of not purchasing it from Bergstrom. He sealed the deal that I will return for all of my service needs. And future car purchases. I even had him put Bergstrom plate frames on my vehicle.

very good customer service

I was there for an oil change and a recall. I was told it may take 2 hours. I was kept well informed in the time I was waiting. It only took 65 minutes but didn't even seem that long because they were always checking on me.

Fabulous service

I was able to drop off my car that night--I got a call first thing in the morning as to the issue - to my surprise they also reported the mileage which then prompted me to file a claim for reimbursement - the agent was going to walk me to my car but it was not in the lot so had me wait inside while he brought the car to me -- top notch service!
