Don and Blake are awesome!!!

With Don, I really appreciate his patience and willingness to get me the car I wanted. Blake had to redo our paperwork 3 times because I continually changed my mind. They were great!!

Great experience

We went looking for a car for our teenage daughter and went to straight to Fred Anderson Toyota because their online presence was so great and showed many hopeful vehicles in the price point we had. We were greeted right by Christen Salvatico who was warm and friendly and led us right to the perfect car. She knew the amount we wanted to spend and didn't try to upswell us or change our minds but was thoughtful if our needs. So, the old cliche about the garage kept little old lady car only driven to church??? I think we bought that car. We feel very lucky and trusting of the full disclosure Christen shared with the car fax before we even asked! Need a car? Go there. Now! Eddie Nuttall , on the business end, was super helpful and extremely efficient. it was one of the faster and smoother buying experiences we've had!

Excellent experience

Christen was very patient, respectful, and willing to work with us to get our first new car together. She made us feel welcomed and not intimidated. We love our 2015 highlander. I would strongly recommend Her to others.

One of the Best Car Buynig Experiences

From the beginning, the entire sales team was straight forward and upfront about everything. Danny Marflake has been the best salesman we have worked with, even though we changed our mind on the vehicle we decided to buy at the last minute. Thanks to his hard work and the flexibility of the sales managers we were able to leave Fred Anderson Toyota in the new Toyota we wanted. I would definitely buy from them again. The finance department also worked quickly and was able to beat the APR we were quoted from our bank.

2014 Tundra

I just wanted to take a minute to thank the guys that helped me with my Tundra. Steve and Eddie are very knowledgeable and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. It was nice not to feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. They answered my questions and gave me time to make my decisions. This is my first Toyota and when I'm ready for another one I know where I'm going.

Purchased 2005 Highlander

We found the 2005 Highlander on the Fred Anderson website. We had been working with the Fred Anderson Toyota in Columbia SC , where we live. We were looking for a clean low mileage vehicle for our daughter. I spoke with Danny Marflake on the phone and we basically worked a deal out on the phone. We all drove to Charleston to look at and drive the Highlander. It was in GREAT shape and drove wonderfully according to my daughter. Danny was a pleasure to work with. Very easy going and up front about everything. Not pushy!!! He had the vehicle full of gas, clean and shiny, ready to go when we arrived. Bill Utnick did a great job taking care of the financing. He went the extra mile getting a lower interest rate for the older vehicle. Every employee we encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly. We highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston.

Good Purchasing Experience

The sales and office representatives that I dealt with were attentive, informative, and courteous. High-pressure sales techniques were not employed during the process of purchasing a new car.

Technician

The technician was very helpful and I was in and out within 1.5 hours. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, even walking me to my car once service was completed.
