Great Company, Great People

Kenny was great. Helped out a lot. Not a pushy sales person and got us what we wanted. Bills was great also. Helped out when the numbers didnt add up.

Excellent

For my son's first new truck purchase, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for him. Justin Myers was great to work with and went out of his way to get him exactly what he wanted. Justin Meyers is the Best of the Best!!

I just wanted to take a minute to Thank Justin Meyers for helping my son with the purchase of his first New Toyota Tacoma. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. My son was deployed at the time, and he handled everything through email and had his truck ready for him when he returned to Charleston. Justin and the staff that worked with us made the entire experience stress free and quite frankly, enjoyable!! Justin has a great love for our Military!! We appreciate you Justin!! Excellent facility and service

The service that I had come in for was completed in a timely manner and, from initial appearances and to the extent that I can perceive, done quite well. I also appreciate both the friendly attention of Heather Goodrich, the complimentary exterior car wash, and the firm's attention to the comfort of the customer who will remain at the service center while the service is being completed.

Superb Service from Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston

We went to the dealership today to pick up our 2003 Toyota Corolla which was in for servicing. Shelley Jenkins, our service professional, explained very clearly what had been done to the car and why. During the conversation Shelley mentioned that she had recently obtained a new Corolla which she liked very much. We asked her if we could look at some new Corollas, just to see what they looked like as we weren’t really in the market for a new car. Shelley introduced us to Christen Salvatico who discussed our needs and wants to ascertain the best Corolla model for us. She showed us an LE model in the color that we were most interested in and with the built-in equipment that we wanted. A test drive showed that it was a significant improvement over our old Corolla in terms of noise abatement, handling, and pick up. Pretty much everything about the new model was much better than the old model. Ably assisted by the dealership manager, Steven Rhoades, Christen was able to come up with a very attractive price. Although we hadn’t come into the dealership with any thought of purchasing a new car the offer was so attractive and the car such a pleasure to drive that we did indeed purchase our new Corolla LE. Blake Dunn very competently took us through the paperwork, explaining all of our options with regard to service contracts and other options. After that was done Christen spent a considerable amount of time going over the car’s features with us, even setting up my iPhone on the built in Bluetooth. All in all it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I would gladly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston to anybody and everybody.

Best Car Dealer I've ever dealt with

I've bought more cars than years I am old. Some would say it is a problem. This time around I was helping my wife buy her second car. Normally I do the whole "haggling" and "dealing" but this time around I just didn't have the energy. It's a good thing I got Kenny. He was laid back, easy going, not pushy, and all around the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. If you are tired of dealing with your not so friendly dealers then I would recommend Kenny. He is young, educated, and cares. I didn't have to say 10x what I didn't want and did want. He just wrote down our needs and found the car we wanted. I highly recommend him. If you have the option use Bill in Finance. He was easy going and said it how it was. I don't like confusing financial talk. Bill kept it simple and was great to work with.
