The epitome of professionalism!
My experience at Fred Anderson was exactly what every new \ used car customer is looking for. Each and every employee I worked with was very nice and happy to help. My salesman Chris was wonderful to work with. We had a great conversation about all available options and questions I had once I found my vehicle and was not pushy at all. That says a lot since I have spend half my life in sales, I am well aware I am not a fun person to sell to. The finance department took all the time I needed to answer all my questions before starting the process. It really felt like a small family business. This was a very refreshing experience and would highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to anyone looking. Say hello to Chris and goodbye to the fast paced pressure of buying a car.

Sustained Customer interest and expectation
From the first day I saw the car online, Sales employees and online sales managers have been wonderful in checking on me and giving updates on the car and price. I was thrilled by their sense of responsibility. I originally live in Savannah and nothing would have sent me to Fred Anderson if not for the impeccable customer service and demonstrated customer relations and help from Dennis Quinn and Dana Scarborough. Arriving in Charleston, Danny Marflake was awesome as my sales representative With eloquent communication skills and plausible sense of humor, Danny carried the day. I left Charleston in my new car! Excited! My finance personnel was committed to her work, Alesia Durr is engaging and knows her job pretty well!

Enjoyable experience buying a used car
We had a great experience buying a used car today with Matt Laurence. We went in looking at a particular car, and he was very knowledgeable about the car. He was very friendly and helpful and had a nice, non-aggressive disposition that made the whole experience enjoyable.

The last time I bought a "new car"was in 1995. Since then I have only purchased previously owned cars from a friend of 21 years. Early that Monday morning in December was the start of something new. I went on line to research what my 2005 Lexus-ES would be worth on a trade in. I was hunting a previously owned, low mileage newer Prius. Much to my dismay that combination did not exist. I had been researching the Prius line since September 2014. I love cars,always have if you could not tell by now. Dana lead to Tonya to Alesia and as an elated proud owner of a 2015 Sea Glass Pearl Prius owner I could not be happier. I am so delighted with the "dream team,Fred's Angles" that last Wednesday I introduced my daughter,Shelly to Tonya. Now Shelly is the proud owner of an Arctic White 2015 Rav 4. fondly, dayle zuckerman *I love having wonderful female friendships-to me they're as important as the air I breathe. ~Rachel Sussman~

2015 Prius
Chris was able to get the car we wanted within our price range. Everything was ready when we came to pick the vehicle up. I would purchase another vehicle from Anderson Toyota and Chris Mitchell.

Great service
I went in with a couple of things, but suggested they look into the noises coming from my shocks. Charles came back and said something like, "There is no safety concern with your shocks. We could take them apart and maybe figure out what was causing the noise. That would cost a lot of money and we might not fix the noise." Great customer service!

Found my new go-to dealership!!
I traded in a small car, still fairly new, and I was given a good deal. I feel that the Steve Darling did his part in genuinely listening to me and my concerns in order to get me in the right vehicle and the right price! I'd heard of the kindness often displayed in the south and Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston epitomizes that in every way. I will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle that is not Fred Anderson Toyota. Great service, even better prices!
