Charleston, SC Fred Anderson's Tonya really cares!

What an experience shopping at this Toyota location! Tonya was exceptionally helpful with figuring out what kind of car I wanted, the type of lease and the overall adjustment to getting a new car! She was very kind and thorough with her explanations. There was a sense of honesty there that I find extremely important when it comes to buying life purchases.

Great Buying Experience with Rodney Lewis

My husband had been having problems getting me to go car shopping. I had been turned off with high pressure salespersons who swarmed the minute i walked on the lot. Most wasted my time. I was especially upset with their "let's sit down and meet my manager game." Mr Rodney Lewis is my idea of the perfect car salesman. Others should follow his example. His professionalish and friendliness made shopping for our 2015 Camry XLE an enjoyable experience.

Great Experience

Our experience with this dealership was great. From Joey in internet sales to Brent who helped to locate the car we wanted and get it delivered fast and with everything we wanted we had a great experience. Joey, Brent and Blake who all helped us out were all very professional, energetic, and polite. Great Experience!!!!

Last Saturday, 14 February my wife and I walked into Fred Anderson Toyota and purchased our 2015 Toyota Tundra. The whole experience from the time we met Chad Eaton and Don Hesher was great! Even Bill in finance was great. This vehicle purchase experience has to be the best one yet. The friendliness of the sales representatives was great. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic Service

The whole process was quick. In and out including: test drive, negotiations and financing less than 2 hours. Friendly service from everyone. Great salesman...he knew what I wanted and worked out exactly what I wanted. Great car purchasing experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

No pressure sales approach. Salesperson, Ashley, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. Also, we liked the fact that you did not cash our check until we took possession of the vehicle.
