Excellent Service * Clean Facility

I appreciate the way that Shelly came to me and explained the additional services that were recommended by the service staff. I did get the additional work completed and have noticed my car driving a lot better!

Salesman- Danny Marflake

What a wonderful experience I had buying my Toyota Corolla. My salesman Danny Markflake was terrific, he had so much knowledge of the Corolla. Danny also listened to my needs and met all of what I wanted and the price I was able to pay. He was so friendly and sincere, which is very hard to find both in people today. I can not say enough of what a lucky dealership Fred Anderson is to have him. I said to my daughter who might be interested in the Toyota Scion to see Danny first before going to a dealership in Ashville NC where she presently lives. I have that much trust in him giving her the best price for the vehicle. I also work at a local hospital and have been sharing Fred Anderson and Danny Markflake to my coworkers , if they need to purchase a car . Again what wonderful service from beginning to end of the purchase.

All-Around Wonderful Buying Experience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Matt Laurence was my primary salesperson and he truly did an OUTSTANDING job. I honestly could not have asked for more during the entire process. His responsiveness to my emails, texts, calls, etc. was exceptional, often responding within a few minutes. Not only was the deal very fair, but, Matt made certain that my requests were fulfilled and did so with a very positive attitude. I did not feel as if Matt (or anyone at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston) was using any type of "pushy" sales tactics, which I really appreciated. I traveled all the way from Cincinnati, Ohio to Charleston, South Carolina to purchase the vehicle and Matt made certain that everything was taken care of whenever I arrived. I would highly recommend Matt Laurence (and Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston) to any of my friends and family and actually anticipate coming back for future vehicle purchases, despite the geographic separation. Additionally, Joey and Eddie helped out with the process and each did an excellent job.

Great car-buying experience

W were greeted by friendly, courteous Christen Salvatico: very knowledgeable on the models I was interested in purchasing. Christen helped us "build the car" and then my husband and I worked with Bill Utnick in finance. We arrived at a fair price (lease) and the date the car would be available. Christen followed up with 2/3 phone calls within the 3 week waiting period. The car was ready for delivery on date promised: all papers easily signed. Christen reviewed the manual and amenities with great patience and care...making sure I understood. The"Connect" was done at the dealership; the smartphone was set up before I left. Philip was called in to install a child's car seat. The knowledge, courtesy, fair-minded pricing and conscientiousness of everyone at Toyota has reenforced my trust (we have had a Land Cruiser and Lexus before). As a family who buys cars every 2-3 years this has been a VERY EASY and HAPPY experience. We will recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Christen Salvitico in particular.

Great Experience

Outstanding service. We were traveling through the South and our Rav 4 was due for 50,000 mile service. I made an appointment a couple days before hand. Shelley and all of our other contacts at the dealership were fantastic and treated us like royalty. The Rav service was completed within the estimated time frame and we were on our way in no time with absolutely no hastle. We were treated like royalty by everyone. If we ever relocate to Charleston, this dealership will have all of our business.

Great service and very clean facility.

Great service, oil change, rotate tires and wash in 45 min. It was professional but personal! Dustin did a great job.
