Wonderful experience

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Fred Anderson Toyota. They gave me more than I expected for my trade, and lowered the price of their used car to where I needed to be. I cannot thank Kelly Mitchum enough for her patience with me through this process. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to all of my friends and family!

New Corolla

I was kind of in a bind after my car died on me and attempted to purchase vehicles from several other dealerships in the area including the Toyota dealership on Rivers Ave. All of them tried forcing options that I did not want or need, But, not Brent or Fred Anderson Toyota tried to rope me in to $1,000 worth of things that not only did I not want or need, but honestly, I could not afford. Brent and the Fred Anderson crew went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle that I completely love, and something I could afford on my income. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone in the market for a vehicle. These guys are the best around, nothing is ever gonna bring them down. There's a little Joe "Bean" Esposito for you.

Make things easy on your customers

Eddie Cooks listens to his customers. He communicates clearly. He is very accessible and professional. There are Toyota dealerships and 4runners everywhere. But a good salesperson is irreplaceable.

Very Friendly

I was in a car accident that fortunately wasn't my fault and no one was injured, thank God! Nonetheless, my vehicle was totaled so I had to find another vehicle soon. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston to see what they had. Happily they had the vehicle I wanted...My salesman, Mr. Mike Samelko, was very, very friendly and compassionate. He, the team and Business Manager Eddie Nuttall at Fred Anderson were very professional, hospitable, humorous and worked hard to ensure I was able to walk away with the 2013 RAV4 of my choice.

Easy to work with

Charles bruegger is fabulous! Every time I go in there he asks me how business is how work is, how I am, he knows all about me. And if something is not going right he handles it himself.

The service staff was very friendly and offered me a shuttle ride home, they even washed my car for me!
