Look for Matt!
I was very nervous about buying a car. I am a 24 year old woman on my own in Charleston and was dreading going to the dealership (I had heard the horror stories). I was fortunate enough to pull in and be greeted by Matthew Laurence. He really took my interests to heart and showed me the cars he thought would be a great fit. He let me take my time on narrowing it down to two vehicles and he was so friendly right from the start. I was so impressed with all the knowledge he knew about the different cars. He was very patient and worked around my schedule which was the most impressive thing of all. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota but especially find your way to Matt if you can!

Patient Sales Staff
Mr. Eddie Cooks is a very patient man. After not 2 but 3 trips to the lot over a period of 4 weeks we finally decided on what we needed. Then it was not the first but the second vehicle he showed me that met my needs best. I hope to drive this brand new Toyota Corolla for many many years to come. Excellent Dealership
I had a question for the Service person and she not only answered it, she advised I could have the work done that day. This was my 5000 mile/six (6) month check-up. Additionally, I advised her that I had a 2003 Corolla and I was asdvised that I needed to have two recalls done. She looked up the Recalls, ordered them and advised me I would receive notice when they had them in stock and call to set up an appointment. This young Lady knows how to take care of customers. Best vehicle buying experience ever!!
We bought our Sienna with the help of Chris Mitchell. He answered our questions, was super in the patience department. He asked us just the right questions to help guide us toward a decision, which we felt for the first time, maybe ever, was not one we would later question or regret making. Eddie Nuttall was another pleasant experience with Fred Anderson. No pressure tactics there! He was easy to understand and actually explained the financial part of the sale to answer any questions and made us very comfortable with the whole transaction. To end it all Chris went way above and beyond to explain the electronics and other functions of the vehicle. Chris even helped get our Sienna ready for us to take home. Thank you all! Very efficient and personable staff!
There were a few things that I could have fixed while I was there but wasn't told until I was leaving like transmission service. I guess it wasn't necessary right away so I'll take care of it next time I bring the car in for service.
