Incredible First Visit!!

This was my first visit to Toyota and I could not have been any happier .I stopped in one day and was treated with courtesy and a knowledgeable staff. When coming back for the service Leroy was exceptional in his help and knowledge of what I needed to have done. The mechanic who rode along with me was also very patient with me and explained what I was feeling in my truck. I was a bit leery taking my truck to the dealership, but I can promise you I will be taking it to Fred Anderson from here on out!! Thanks!

Kenny is the person to talk to.

I have worked with fred Anderson toyota 3 times so far. 2 leases and a used car and my first salesman was great and he then moved on to online sales, but I trusted him and he recommended Kenny the last time I went. Kenny was the definition of customer service. He was polite, friendly, empathetic, and very helpful with getting me into the car of my choosing. He exceeded expextions by calling me back with 20 minutes with some numbers to crunch and still follows up with me after my purchase. If you go get a car from Fred Anderson Toyota PLEASE request Kenny! He will make the visit a good one.

4 Cars and Counting!

Joey Johnson and Steve Darling were a pleasure to deal with. It was as if they were in "my corner" the whole time. I mainly dealt with Joey and Steve over the phone and that definitely made for a more pleasurable experience. Once we agreed on the deal I showed up at the dealership and within 45 minutes I was out the door - GREAT JOB Gentlemen. I have actually referred several other folks to these two as well and they have also come away with a great experience. Thanks again guys!

A Great Car Buying Experience

Our Sales Professional, Steve Darling, did a great job. He was very honest, friendly, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston to anybody looking to by a nice car at a fair price. The experience was a lot more pleasant than I expected it to be and never felt pressure to buy a car.

Great Experience

Greeted before we got inside the dealership! Was not kept waiting for Sales Associate and got what we went after, for the price we wanted to pay Thanks for a wonderful buying experience! Great deal on our trade in too ! Everyone was very coutious and brought us green tea and we also enjoyed a cappuccino!

Good fast service

Andy Miller is the service rep I deal with at each visit, and he couldn't be more helpful in explaining what is needed . And I say he is an excellent salesman, because I usually take his advice about repairs that need to be made (and which naturally cost more). He is a good representative of your company.

Great Service!

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of building. Wait time on repairs and service is excellent and they inform you on exactly what is repaired on your car.

Good People

I went to 6 dealerships on Friday, Rodney Lewis was the best help of all of them, and Blake Dunn was a great guy to work with as well. They listened and presented the best option for me. Was happy to do business with these guys.

Buying experience

Chris - our sales person was great. Friendly, open, knowledgeable, great listener. Demonstrated product before and after the sale. We cam in to shop and left a buyer. That's what happens when you meet a real salesperson.
