Friendly, great service
Our buying experience was as good as it could be. Our sales person, Ashley Christani was helpful without being pushy, called us back with important sales information we were interested in on a particuliar truck. Her following up with a phone call was impressive since so many other dealerships do not help you this way. Her manner was friendly yet professional. Bill Utnik in finance was also pleasant, helpful and professional. Robert Lukens also expressed his appreciation for our business.

Wonderful Staff and a Delightful Experience
Arrived at the dealership for a lease renewal. I knew exactly what models I was looking for, but wasn't sure exactly which options to choose. I was immediately taken care of and they even had an appointment time set up so I could be taken care of quickly. I provided the details of what I wanted and the conversation and knowledge I received was quite helpful. We took a couple test drives and checked out a few different vehicles/options, but Tonya did not stray away from what I wanted, understanding my price points and what I was looking for, instead of trying to sell hard, which I greatly appreciated. I had most of my paperwork, but did forget a few things. I thought that I might not be able to continue with the sale, but the company had ways of getting access to those necessary materials. In short, Tonya answered all my questions, provided me with what I wanted/needed without pushing me into a sale I didn't want and she was very friendly which helped with both the process and overall experience.

Great Service
This salesperson was great. He was very friendly and did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle when I was not ready to. He was very patient and allowed me to shop around other dealerships before I decided to make a sale with him. He helped work out a very fair lease on a new Tacoma.
