Amazed that I Own a Brand New Camry

Wow! I just bought a new Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota. My car buying experience was fantastic. I went in with low expectations of actually getting a new car, but they gave me an offer I could not refuse. The professionalism and courtesy of all the staff was of the highest quality. I am thrilled to own a brand new Camry!

Car buying experience

First I talked with Joey who was honest, helpful, and upfront. Then Kenny was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I enjoyed my buying experience with him. Other dealerships could learn from him. Also, the actual financial part of the transaction was easy. Alway Professional this was a good experience. I will continue giving them my allegiance.

AS A WOMAN, I WAS NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE-I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

My car broke down on a Tuesday, I needed transportation immediately. With no where to turn to and getting disappointed by other dealerships, at 4.a.m. Friday morning I found a nice car online at Fred Anderson Toyota Charleston in Charleston, SC. I immediately decided to send a inquiry on the vehicle I was interested in. After reviewing the carfax and etc. Before I even could get out of bed, I received a call immediately from the dealership from a sales rep name Danny who let me know the person I would be dealing with which was Brent Poling. They even let me know that the vehicle would be up front waiting for my arrival. I had never received such red carpet experience in my life and I hadn't even purchased the car yet. In despair, I arrived to the most pleasant experience salesman of my life. They were awaiting at the door for me. Escorted me to a seat and offered me something to drink. After we talked, we walked out to the car and began to discuss business. Brent was very knowledgeable of the car and what impressed me was his knowledge of paying attention to the information provided to him from the previous owner which made me feel even more secure in my purchase. Brent and Eddie both worked diligently and patiently catering to my every need and paid very good attention to what I wanted. I left the dealership in pure tears!! I hugged them both so tight because the rates and interest was affordable, even down to my monthly payments. As a medical student in college, this blessed me to know that Charleston has a dealership that can give me a home away from home experience. It wasn't about them making money, it was about them being passionate and professional in what they do, catering to the needs of the customer, especially as a woman, AND FOR ALL WOMEN, THIS IS A DEALERSHIP YOU CAN GO TO AND NOT FEEL LIKE YOUR GETTING RID OFF LITERALLY.. I NO LONGER HAVE TO FEEL LIKE A MAN NEEDS TO BE WITH ME TO HELP ME MAKE CHOICES OR ETC. I WILL COME BACK FOR MY UPGRADE! THEY EVEN GAVE ME HELPFUL ADVICE ON MY CREDIT SCORE FOR MY NEXT CAR PURCHASE!! AND I RECEIVED A FREE $25 VISA CARD FOR ANYTHING I WOULD LIKE TO USE IT FOR. BOTH SALESMAN HAVE OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE BUSINESS, WHICH LET ME KNOW I WAS IN THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE! OH AND MY LAST TOYOTA LASTED 300,000 MILES! TOYOTA'S ARE THE BEST!

Very good experience!

I had a very good experience with Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. From the first contact with their internet rep until I drove off the lot in my car, I was treated very courteously and professionally. I was impressed that I got a reasonably quick response to my initial internet contact about a pre-owned vehicle I saw on their site, but I was even more impressed that the rep, Carleen, who called me back actually had some knowledge about the car! My Sales professional, Chris Mitchell, was a super nice guy who went out of his way to answer every question I had about the car, and he seemed to really care about me as a person, not just as another potential sale. He never pressured me, but wanted me to be very happy with my decision to purchase. I would ABSOLUTELY consider going back to Chris, and Fred Anderson Toyota, for my next vehicle purchase.

Best experience ever buying an automobile

Great experience with John our Sales Rep and Alesia who handled all of the required paperwork to purchase our new Toyota. John was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the cars. I would definitely recommend John to anyone who was interested in buying an automobile. Our total experience with everyone at the Dealership was fantastic.

Great attention to customer needs.

Brent was great and took much time with me. I liked that the dealership is open in Sunday afternoon. Made it more convenient for me. Everyone at Fred Andersen is superb!
