New to me Prius

I recently purchased a 2007 Prius from Fred Anderson. I worked with 2 separate salespeople, Chris and Julia. Julia was particularly helpful when the car was ready for pick up. She took the time to show me how to use the Navigation system, radio, etc. She also showed me how to drive a Prius, as they are a bit different than other vehicles. I love my new car and the folks at Fred Anderson were very friendly throughout the process.

Helpful, Quick and Easy car buying experience

I did my research online and submitted a request for quote. Dana Scarborough with Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston quickly responded. Kenny Fuqua took it from there and made my car buying experience helpful, quick and painless. Kenny took the time to setup and walk me through all the features of my new car with me. Eddie Nuttall was able to quickly get me the Financing that I was looking for. Kenny had my new car detailed and ready to hand over the keys. They didn't make me sit and wait and make it a long drawn out event. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. I would highly recommend the Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston Team for your next auto purchase.

Great service.

The young man who did intake could not have been more courteous, including coming for me when the customer van arrived, and calling me to tell me the whereabouts of my lost keys. The customer van driver was a delight. They were all so deeply courteous and efficient -- a true pleasure to deal with. I'd never experienced such courtesy from a car dealer until coming to Fred Anderson.

Great Car Buying Experience

When we walked into the dealership, my husband and I were pleasantly welcomed to the dealership by Julia. She was very helpful, friendly and made this car buying experience a pleasure. My husband actually commented that this was the best car buying experience he's ever had. She also made sure to take the time to explain all the features of my new car before I left the lot. Once we got to the Finance Dept, we were lucky to be helped through the process with Alesia Durr who was very honest and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a new car, make sure and check out Fred Anderson Toyota and ask for Julia.

Comfortable/Relaxed

I'm in the customer service business and purchasing a car at your dealership was an example of how it should be done. Questions were answered with knowledge and speed. There was never a feeling of "looking elsewhere". I was asked several times if I understood everything and if I had any questions by both associates I worked with. Being relaxed at a car dealership is something I really didn't think was possible until today. Justin Myers made the experience almost easy for me. I actually started a listing of referrals for him so others can have a pleasurable experience in purchasing a car!

Great Service at arrival and departure.

I like leaving my car with a representative, who explains what is about to take place, going to the waiting room (very good) and read while waiting, then being told (by my rep Shelley Jenkins, excellent) what was done and any deficiencies. It is a new car, so there is no pressure to change belts, hoses, flush the radiator, etc. Then departing with a clean vehicle.
