Best Truck buying experience ever

Regina was great

Regina was great, she provided me with all the information I needed. She was friendly, customer oriented, and patient went answering all my questions. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and explained all the features of my new car as well as guaratees.

Regina was the best

Excellent Experience

SMART CAR

My search started on www.cars.com. I was looking for a 2013 SMART convertible with leather interior under 20K miles. I found three. One was in Florida, One was in Illinois, & One was in South Carolina. I had a four day weekend to Go Greyhound & get my car. I called each dealer. Fred Anderson Toyota was the only dealership that took me seriously. We completed this deal all over the phone with Capital One Auto Blank Check. They picked me up at the Greyhound station. They gave me a complete car walk through. Matt Is The EXPERT. They weren't scared to say, "I DON"T KNOW.... We figured the SMART car out and I drove it over 500 miles home. I had the top down in the rain. I'm loving my car. Go GameCocks...

purchase of used automobile

My wife and I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Fred Anderson. We initially went into the dealership just to look around and to see what our options were on SUV's that had a third row seat since we have four children and need the extra row. While walking the lot we were approached by Chris Mitchell, a sales associate at Fred Anderson. Chris did a fantastic job of listening to my wife and I and some of the requirements we were looking for in a used car. Most importantly, he understood that we had a budget that we needed to adhere to. Chris showed us a mix of new Toyota 4 Runners and a mix of used SUV's that were on the lot but atno time did Chris ever pressure my wife or I about a certain car. Chris let my wife and I discuss the pros and cons about a car and then he would offer his own knowledgeable opinion. Ultimately, even though I had no intention of buying a car that particular day, my wife and I purchased a used Highlander. I was about to walk off of the lot when Chris said let me show you one more carthat might fit what my wife and I were interested in. And sure enough, he hit the nail on the head with a used Highlander that only had 318 miles, leather interior with captains chairs in the middle row. The fact that is was used even though it had low mileage was huge to my wife and I since it significantly brought down the price. Had Chris not persevered and done a little extra work, we would not have purchased a car that day. Chris did an awesome job and I consider him more of a friend then someone I did business with. He personally used his own money to fill up our gas tank since the dealership does not provide full tanks on used vehicles and he personally brought the second set of keys to my residence so I would not have to make a special trip to the dealership. Chris was very professional and his main attirbute is that he can relate to people and make purchasing a car a pleasant experience and not one that we typically dread. GOOD JOB CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!!! Chris was very professional, easy to talk to and despite being new to the car business, very savy in the way he dealt with my wife and I. Since the car was used, Fred Anderson typically will not fill it up with gas( not sure why) but Chris took it to a gas station and used his own money to fill up the tank. The following day, he personally brought the second set of keys to our residence so that we would not have to make a trip out to the dealership. Chriseven spent an hourof his own time hooking my wifes smart phone up to our vehicle Chris was not your typical car salesman. He was not pushy and he told you the truth. If he did not know the answer to a question he found someone that did. Chris was awesome and I consider him to be more like a friend then someone I did business with.
