After my husband's car was totaled in an accident, we stopped by the dealership to see if they could help us with a few questions for the insurance company. Matthew and Don were so helpful that we decided that evening to go back the next day and buy a car from them! We are so glad we made that decision! Matthew was patient, insightful, and he helped us find the perfect car at a great price. Don was awesome too - he was quick to get all the financing worked out, and then Blake made signing the reams of paper actually fun and easy! Always a wonderful experience.
I love this dealership. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a clean waiting area. And delicious coffee! I really appreciate the quality of work they put into my car, and not feeling pressured to fix everything I know is wrong with my car when it's not in my budget. They help me prioritize the repairs and keep a list of repairs needed saved in their system, so that I can repair things as they fit into my budget.

Great Car Buying Experience

Best Dealership Ever

terrible
I made an appt at the dealership this past Friday for 1130 am. When I arrived the lady that took my info said it'd take a max of 1.5 hours for a full service. I then used the shuttle to go to the local mall - everything was going smooth at this point. After two hours of being at the mall with no phone call to let me know my car was finished I decided to call the dealership. I was greeted by the receptionist and transferred to the service dept which told me my car had just been finished. I then called Joanne the shuttle driver and asked her to pick us up and she said 15 min which was no problem. After waiting 25 I decided to call her back. She then said it'd be ten more because she was downtown and I asked her if she was sure since it had already been 25 when she told me 15 earlier and she hung the phone up on me. Finally after another 20 min wait we made it back to the dealership with a silent ride from joanne. In total this appt ended up taking a little over three hours. When getting my keys back from the lady in service I told her that joanne had hung up on me and her response was "were you rude to her?" No, I was not and is that an excuse to hang up on a customer anyways? I then asked to speak to a manager and he was not there but I was given his name and number. So to top my experience off I left the manager a voice mail and now two days later still no one has returned my phone call.

Great experience with Chriis Mitchell at Fred Anderson
Chris was very helpful in helping me find the car that I wanted. We went through all the different SUVs on the lot and I didn't see anyone that I really liked. Chris didn't stop there he was able to check with some of his other dealerships and found the SUV that works for me. He found me a Nissan Pathfinder and was able to get it to me in two days. He has also called me twice after I bought the car to check that everything is going well. Chris was really a good salesman to work with.

Tried the rest came back to the best....
This is the thid vehicle i have bought from here, every experince i have from this dealership is above and beyond excellent. All of the employees here are just great people, they make you feel comfortible and respect your needs and wants as the buyer. Before i came back tothis dealer, i shopped around and just had horrible experinces, so my husband and i decided to go back to this dealership and will continue to buy from here for many years to come. My salesman Ken was just awesome, very knowledgable and just a super great guy! I highly recommend this dealship to all!
