Rodney Lewis is a great sales person. Second car I have bought from him. No pressure and very knowledgable about all the vehicles. The staff stayed late to get all the paperwork done. I felt like I got a decent deal and wasn't taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I didn't particularly care for the finance guy as I felt he was putting on a lot of pressure to buy an extended warranty. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.

Great Experience!
Came in to look at a used Tacoma. Regina let me take a couple for a spin. Decided on the one I wanted, worked out the details, and drove home in my new truck. Regina was great, as well as the rest of the staff that worked with me. Love the Tacoma!

My experience with Fred Jackson was perfection!
The genuine welcome I received was unsurpassed. Mark Searcy spent his valuable time with us and his integrity and demeanor engendered great respect in me. I was not a high end car buyer, yet was given all the attention and respect of one that was and I an so grateful for that. I felt as though I had a friend who had my best interest in mind and who wanted me to have the best car for my 'single mom life.' Car purchase
Sales consultant was very knowledgeable about new options that are available in cars today. We were able to drive the cars we were interested in right away instead of a lot of talk about what vehicles we may of been interested in. Sales consultant was quick coming back with prices.

Outstanding Customer Service!!
Working with Chris Mitchell and the team at Fred Anderson Toyota was a fantastic experience. Chris was very helpful in finding the right type of car that I was looking for including color and price. When getting the car Chris went over everything in the car with me to show me how everything worked. I really liked how personable everyone was and how they truly seemed to be a team. Overall, the prices were great and Chris and the Fred Anderson Toyota team were fantastic to work with. They did not pressure us to buy, which was refreshing. If you want to avoid sleazy salesmen, I highly recommend Chris Mitchell and Fred Anderson Toyota.

Should have stopped here first
Thanks to John Arent and all others involved in making this a pleasant car buying experience. My daughter purchased a used Toyota Avalon through this dealership. This was our last stop of the night before we ended our car search for the evening. After checking several other dealers on Savannah Highway and actually having the worst car buying service at a competitor, I wished this had been my first stop of the day. Its been a week since our purchase.If all continues to go well with this vehicle, they will certainly have my business again.....such a pleasant environment to do business in.

Quick price quote from Internet person. Salesman was professional handled negotiations quickly,excellent product in service,very excited about his product. Finance mtr was great. Will buy there again.
