The customer service alone sold me the car.

I went to the other Toyota dealership in town and for some reason they did everything they could other then sell me a truck. When I showed up at Fred Anderson Toyota, I was greeted by Kenny Fuqua. Kenny made the experience of buying a new truck extremely easy and never once tried to pressure me into buying anything. Unlike most car salesmen I have dealt with in the past, Kenny did not try to "sell" me on anything. He did a great job of answering all of my questions, showing me any features I wanted to see, and bringing multiple vehicles to me so I could check them out. I drove an extra 30 minutes to Fred Anderson Toyota (I live 5 minutes away from Rick Hendrick Toyota) just to deal with Kenny.

Eddie Cook is the best

Fred Anderson is number 1 because of salesmen like Eddie Cook he cares during and long after he sells you a car. My family is facing the loss of our grandson and Mr. Cook remembered us and took out time to come up to us and say he would pray for our family and then he asked how our car is doing. I can't think Mr. Anderson enough for having such fine Christian salesmen. Thank you Eddie for being so thoughtful and committed.

Outstanding Customer Service!

Kenny was absolutely outstanding and is highly recommended! Initially, there were a few vehicles that I was interested in, but at the same time I was open to other options. After test driving a few vehicles during our initial meet, Kenny recommended that I look into the 4Runner, which turned out to be a great fit. Before making any decisions, I decided to visit other dealerships afterwards just to further my options even more. One thing that really stood out to me in comparison to other dealerships was that Kenny seemed to make his customer's needs a #1 priority. So often, it seems the dealer is more focused on the 'sale' rather than the customer in front of them, which trickles down to a very stressful and uncomfortable car hunting experience. This was the complete OPPOSITE with Kenny, which led me back to a second visit to purchase a 4Runner! He was very knowledgeable, professional, non-pressuring and to-the-point. Alesia (Fianace Manager) was also extremely friendly and provided great service. Thanks again Kenny and Alesia for all you’ve done!

Car Leasing!!!!

Great Purchase and excellent experience

Brett Polling went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle purchase was as minimmally invasive as possible. While looking at vehicles on a Sunday afternoon he was on the lot and guided me and my wife to the array of vehicles fitting our desires. During the sale a few days later he went well beyond the normal salesmans role and stayed late after closing to ensure he covered all details of the vehicle and our satisfaction was met. Great attitude and great to work with!

Great way to start the new year

I've been internet shopping for a while lookinfg for a great value. When a 2012 Rav4 Limited appeared on Fred's web site, I did a few email exchanges with Emily Howard who was able to present a good offer and invited me to come to the Charleston showroom for a test drive. Stopped 20 minutes before opening, hoping to do an unsupervised inspection but Christen Salvanico was already there. From what I could tell, this car was a recent tradein, There was only 1 picture on the website so I didn't have any info on interior color/condition. Christen was extremely helpful. We took our test ride, I was interested, she went to work on getting a deal that included a 15 year old Jeep trade in that was in pretty rough shape. We went back and forth a few times looking if I could scale down the out of door price by dropping Fred's Care plan. Christen came back with an offer with the Care Plan that worked for both of us. Seems like everyone with feedback has a favorite salesperson - the one they dealt with. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience than the one we had with Christen - she's my favorite. I think it's a strong statement about the experience one can expect at Fred Anderson's.
