Excellent experience from beginning to end. Very helpful staff. Loved my sales rep (Christen Salvatico)! Very informative and easy to talk to ... knows her stuff! No pressure, just really helpful. Also worked with Don (I think) on my trade-in and with Eddie Nuttall on financing. I had heard great things about this dealership which is why I went - nice to see that all the good reviews are true! One of the best dealer experiences I've ever had.
Steve Darling at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston has really gone out of his way to ensure that I both got the best deal possible, and make sure that I am 100% satisfied after the purchase. Steve is very knowledgeable about the Toyota line up, he also listens to the customer when I was telling him what I wanted in my new Corolla. He never once tried to steer me to a different car, or trim level. I will recommend all of my families and friends who are in the market for a new or pre-owned car to come talk to Steve.
