Wonderful team at Fred Anderson

Excellent experience from beginning to end. My sales rep was great (Christen Salvatico)! Very informative and easy to talk to ... knows her stuff! No pressure, just really helpful. Also worked with Don (I think) on my trade-in and with Eddie Nuttall on financing. I had heard great things about this dealership which is why I went - nice to see that all the good reviews are true! Keep it up guys. and Thanks.

This Was How Buying a Truck Should Be

I normally hate the process of buying a car but John Arent made it enjoyable. This was the first salesman I have met in the last month of car shopping that didn't make me feel pressured in to buying something. It honestly was like buying a car from a friend. I walked away feeling great and knowing I got a great truck at a great price. All my car searches in the future will definitely start with John Arent at Fred Anderson Toyota.

Great truck at a good price

We shopped for a Tundra in North Carolina and South Carolina for over a month and finally found our Tundra at Fred Anderson of Charleston. After a rocky start to the process, Steve Darling got involved and made sure we got a great truck at a good price. Steve was very professional and made the process easier and really worked hard to make sure everyone was satisfied! He even stayed late to meet us when our trip took longer and we arrived later than anticipated. Steve Darling also encouraged us to look at financing through the finance department, even though we had pre-approval through another finance company, and we ended up getting better financing thorough Fred Anderson with Eddie Nuttall's assistance! I will definitely be back to purchase from Steve Darling at Fred Anderson of Charleston - the drive from North Carolina was well worth it!

New Car Purchase

We were in and out in a little over two hours. Brent showed and let us drive the specific cars we wanted to test drive. Brent was very knowledgeable of the new bells and whistles that are available that we were unaware of which helped us make an educated decision on the car that we purchased. Thank you for a painless purchase.

Great Customer Service!

We came in from out of town to get our 2011 Camry serviced, but had a few questions. Eddie Cooks came out to speak with us. He took the time to research our purchase history and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He was very professional and attentive to your needs. His customer service was excellent!
