I hate car buying!

I normally hate the process of purchasing a car, but Eddie was great! I didn't feel pressured and he allowed me ample time to make an informed decision on purchasing my vehicle. He was awesome. Normally after buying a car I have a migraine and I feel taken advantaged of, but that was not my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. Eddie made the process seem less and easy. Did I mention I hate buying a car, lol. Hopefully Eddie is still around when it's time for me to purchase my next vehicle. Go and see him, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Haggle free experience

Julie was very professional and easy going. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire sales process. She was very knowledgeable of the car we purchased. I would definately recommend her for your next purchase.

Car salesman that really listens

I visited several dealerships asking for a specific truck. Jim is the only one who did not try to sell me something that i did not want. (something on the lot) He followed up with me every couple days until he found exactly what i asked for. He even called me to tell me that the truck will be coming in and I could be first to see it, before it even went online. Jim is a stand up guy. Highly recommended!

Semi- enjoyable buying experience

While I enjoyed the experience overall, things have come to light since my purchase that I feel were hidden or not explained well to me. I felt some pressure to buy and was made to feel silly when I said I needed to think and do some research. I am happy with my car but am not sure I got the best deal I could have gotten for what I am paying.

Awesome Experience from Beginning to End

Ally Stewart and the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota were professional, thorough, and honest. We never felt pressured into anything, which made the truck buying experience a pleasant one. I truly appreciated their patience while we decided on the right vehicle for our family. Their pricing was excellent from the start and they went above and beyond what most other dealers do. Third new vehicle I have bought from Tonya Walker

Our 3rd new car from Fred Anderson

We purchased our last two new cars (Tundra and Tacoma) from Fred Anderson and found no other dealership that could match the offer on our third (2014 Avalon). Eddie and Steve were a true pleasure to do business with. Easy to work with and both very knowledgeable in their trade. The first place we will go four our fourth new car will be Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston.

Bluetooth Pairing

After purchasing my 2014 Sienna, no one could "pair" my iPhone6 with Bluetooth. I was told to wait until a new "chip" was developed. After 3 months, I stopped by today and Ryan Inman was able to perform a miracle!! He got my phone paired and I can now use Bluetooth. THANK YOU!!

Leasing a new car

Our experience was great. Eddie worked with my husband and made all of our requests happen. And quickly, too! As far as car buying goes, this was by far the best experience we have had to date! And we LOVE our car! Bill made the financial end run smoothly and quickly as well. Great team!
