Very pleasant expreience

Most of the time buying a car is a nightmare but Ashley Christani and Bill Utinek made everything so easy. They were so helpful and pleasant to work with and I would recommend working with them. The whole experience was very pleasant and I absolutely love my new car.

Positive Experience

Kenny was extremely personable, and made our car shopping / purchasing experience easy. He was very knowledgable on the features of the car, and was helpful in showing us all of the great things the 4-Runner had to offer. I would recommend Kenny and the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota fully, and without reservation.

Kenny was great! He was open to my needs and did not pressure me into a vehicle that I was not interested in. He made himself availible and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Fred Anderson had a large inventory and had the truck I was looking for. I enjoyed my experiance and will recommend Kenny to my friends and family in the future.

Very exciting due to Chris and Alesia

Just wanted to tell you all how satisfied I am with my new Toyota Camry. Alesia and Chris were exceptionally patient with me and very understanding. I will refer people to Fred Anderson Toyota due to they listen to you they are not there to just make a sale. I think Fred Anderson Toyota has the best sales representatives and finance representatives and your service people are pretty awesome too. Chris and Alesia make buying a new car exciting.

Easy experience

"Another satisfied customer"

I had no intentions of actually buying a new minivan the day I went to Fred Anderson Toyota but the first person that came to me was Regina Wescott and she was very friendly and professional and with her help it became very easy to go ahead and purchase the Sienna that day. Since then she has contacted me and asked if I needed help as well as I contacting her and she was wonderful. I would definitely advise anyone to use her as well as the dealership. easy transaction most enjoyable

I was inquiring on an online jeep and came in to view the car. Within seconds I was greeted and assisted with my sales associate. This was a tall order as there were allot of people, it was a Saturday in December shocker! Never the less I was assisted and within 45- to an hour the process was completed, successfully mind you. I'd like to point out two associates in particular who truly made this process very smooth and they're Tonya Walker my sales associate and Alesia Durr the Business Manger. These ladies truly did an exemplary job.
