The sales team did a great job. There was no pressure to buy. They listened to what I wanted and found me the right truck. I would recommend this dealership.

purchase of a 2015 Avalon

The Sales Manager, Don Hesher, and Sales person, Ashley Christani, were very professional in the manner they conducted their business. They showed a sincere interest in meeting my wife and my requirements for the Avalon that we were seeking to buy both in the specifics for the car and fairness in the negotiations regarding the final price. Presently we have a 2007 CAMRY and had a 2004 Avalon and have been very satisfied with these vehicles. I would recommend these individuals to any of my friends interested in a TOYOTA.

Great Experience!!

Tony Walker is wonderful! She answered all of our questions, made us comfortable, worked with us on our wants, and got us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. We are very happy with our 4 Runner purchase.

Great experience!

We had a very good experience with our first time buying a vehicle from Fred Anderson Toyota. All of the staff were very pleasant and informative. We had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Samelko. He took very good care of us and even came in on his day off to finalize the sale. Would highly recommend this dealership!

great experience; highly recommended

I had a great time dealing with Fred Anderson Toyota. Kelly and Alesia took all the time necessary and more to help me any way they could and even stayed to help later in the day to accommodate my work schedule. Every staff member I encountered was incredIbly generous also. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Ask for ALLY!!!! ALLY can get you that car!!

My husband come home for a limited time from the Middle East and we were celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays and an anniversary. Ally showed us exactly what we were interested in, not only in a timely manner, but everyone we dealt with that day were so pleasant!! I got back home to get everything put together for the celebrations once again and bought a new car. The experience was fantastic! Ask for Ally! She was so fine and I think highly of her.

"Special Deal"

My 21 year old son is a student at Virginia Tech but had to leave school in June because he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. He has been in Charleston undergoing treatment at MUSC which he will finish in a few days. He will be returning to school in January and we needed to find him a reliable vehicle so he can return to MUSC every three months for follow ups. The team at Fred Anderson were so supportive and eager to help they went above and beyond to give us a great deal on a truck my son desperately wanted. They also got us in and out very quickly and even arranged for the out of state plates he would need. My son loves his new Truck and I am grateful he has a dependable vehicle I can trust to bring him home each visit.

Just looking!

Excellent salesman. We only went to look that day! Beautiful showroom and courteous and experienced salesmen. Very close to our home so extremely convenient for servicing.

Julia is a great person to work with

Julia worked hard to get us the car and price we wanted. I'm not easy to work with I came to the dealership with a price I was willing to do and she worked to get me that deal.
