It was one of the easiest car ventures we have had. Event though it was a busy Saturday, Russ was right there and made the experience calm, no pressure and had great little chats in between business. I will return to see Russ when it is time for our other car. The dealership also understood our situation after our car was totaled and found a way to get us in a beautiful MKX! Nothing but goos things to say and Russ was above and beyond

The staff was friendly, and Russ in particular was great to work with. We wish the business side of it didn't take 3 hours to complete.

I loved my experience! Russ was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pushed and felt like he was supportive as we made this decision for our family.

Found the dealership to be very professional staff was entirely friendly and knew exactly what they were doing our salesperson Travis Morris did in that standing job for us very professional knew the product and knew what we were looking for

I purchased a 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid from CJ at Cary Autopark Honda and had a great experience. I found the car on their website and submitted a request to see it. I met CJ the same day and we looked at the car together. He went into great detail on all the features of the vehicle and was patient in answering all of my questions. The test drive went well and I decided to purchase the car. CJ was one of the best car salesmen I've encountered. He has his own website which has answered most of my questions. He is very dedicated and hard working. Everyone at the dealership was kind and professional.

Regularly have taken my wife's car to Leith Honda for service and have always been pleased with the service. Recently went and purchased a new vehicle for myself. Russ did a great job of answering all of my questions and helping us through the process.

Just leased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline from Leith AutoPark Honda and had a great experience. Russ Mann was our salesperson and he really went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. No pressure, just helpful. Would definitely recommend asking for Russ if you stop in!

I always come to Leith Honda when it’s time for me to get a new car, the entire staff is amazing. From the receptionist to all other people working at this location, everyone has a smile on their face and you can tell they’re happy to be there. Huge shout out to the best sales rep at Leith, Travis Morris, as he spent WEEKS just to find the exact color and trim level that I wanted. And to Jay Smith making sure I had the best price possible and that my car was fully protected with the necessary coverages before I left. Thank you again Travis, Jay and Team. I’ll forever be a customer of Leith Honda!

As a woman buying a car, I was prepared for some of the common challenges many women can face during the car-buying process. Sometimes women encounter salespeople who talk down to them, make assumptions about their knowledge, pressure them into decisions, or make the financing process feel confusing and overwhelming. Thankfully, my experience was the exact opposite. Travis was outstanding from start to finish. He treated me with respect, listened carefully to what I wanted, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain vehicle features, and help me find the right car for my needs and budget. I always felt like he was working with me rather than trying to sell me something. The finance process was equally impressive. The finance manager made everything easy to understand and took the time to clearly explain the financing agreement, warranty options, and paperwork. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything extra, no confusing sales tactics, and no feeling of being rushed through the process. Every question I had was answered patiently and professionally, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions. Reasons for my 5-star rating: • Respectful and professional treatment throughout the entire process. • No pressure from either the sales or finance team. • Clear and honest communication. • Financing agreement explained in simple, understandable terms. • Questions answered thoroughly and patiently. • Transparent pricing and financing options. • A stress-free, comfortable buying experience. • Genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
