I’ve purchased and leased quite a few vehicles over the years and have also helped friends and family shop at dealerships across the RTP area, so I have a pretty good idea of what a typical dealership experience looks like. Johnson Lexus of Durham was easily one of the best I’ve had. Will White was my salesperson, and he was outstanding from beginning to end. He never pressured me into making a decision or tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, answered every question honestly, and made the whole process feel relaxed instead of stressful. One thing that really stood out was how well prepared everything was on delivery day. Will had already coordinated with the finance team, so all of my paperwork was ready when I arrived. I was in and out without sitting around waiting, which was a refreshing change compared to experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. Emily L in Finance was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained everything clearly, respected my time, and never made me feel pressured. I was also impressed by Lexus’ dedicated delivery process. Emily G, the Delivery Specialist, walked me through the vehicle, helped set up the Lexus app, connected my phone, and explained all of the major features before I left. It made driving home in a new vehicle much less overwhelming, especially with how much technology modern cars have. From sales to finance to delivery, everyone worked together seamlessly. The entire experience was organized, professional, and customer-focused. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience, not just making a sale. I would absolutely recommend Johnson Lexus of Durham to anyone looking for a new Lexus.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!

The customer service received was excellent. My representative was Lane HARTSFIELD. He demonstrated excellent customer service….knowledgeable and professional. My only concern is why the service department did not diagnose the issue the first time. I had to return the same day because my issue was not resolved; however, I did not have any issues in getting a loaner car for the weekend which was so very helpful as I had an event to attend. Also, it’s difficult getting to the appropriate rep when calling your main number. I do not deal with digital/AI. Phone calls should go directly to the receptionist.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2014 Kia Sedona review
I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

He never pressured me into making a decision or tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, answered every question honestly, and made the whole process feel relaxed instead of stressful. One thing that really stood out was how well prepared everything was on delivery day. Will had already coordinated with the finance team, so all of my paperwork was ready when I arrived. I was in and out without sitting around waiting, which was a refreshing change compared to experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. Emily L in Finance was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained everything clearly, respected my time, and never made me feel pressured. I was also impressed by Lexus’ dedicated delivery process. Emily G, the Delivery Specialist, walked me through the vehicle, helped set up the Lexus app, connected my phone, and explained all of the major features before I left. It made driving home in a new vehicle much less overwhelming, especially with how much technology modern cars have. From sales to finance to delivery, everyone worked together seamlessly. The entire experience was organized, professional, and customer-focused. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience, not just making a sale. I would absolutely recommend Johnson Lexus of Durham to anyone looking for a new Lexus.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Long story short – if you’re looking for a used car and you want a good deal with no xx, go to these guys at Echo Park Automotive in Cary. Now the full story: I was in the market for a used Ionic 5, and I first drove one at Echo Park Automotive in Cary, NC. However, when my husband and I were ready to buy, they didn’t have one, so I went to someone else (who, for the time being will remain nameless because we’re still in the midst of a disagreement). The car came with an adapter, which I thought was for the Ionic so that I could use it with a Tesla supercharger, but it turned out it was the wrong part. It was for a Tesla to use other types of chargers – so wrong way around. Turns out there was no aftermarket source for them, so I was left with either throwing it away (super wasteful) or giving it to someone who could use it. I was determined NOT to take it back to the gaslighting jerks that I bought the car from, so I took it to Echo Park with the intention of just giving it to them for someone who buys a Tesla from them so the part wouldn’t go to waste. When I explained the situation to Tyler, he took my number and told me that they would order the right part for me and call me when it came in. WHAT?????!!!!! I didn’t even buy a car from them and they’re offering to help me with a $250 part????? WOAH! Needless to say; next time I need a car, I’ll wait a month so I can buy my car of choice from these guys. In short….THEY ROCK!

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

2014 Chrysler Town & Country review
Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. 2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
We bought our Pacifica new, and have had it for two years now. The only problem we have had, is a (tiny) paint defect on the bumper lip which happened during build, and is covered by warranty. No other problems. Pacifica is well thought out, with luxury to spare! Not only do I recommend, but I would buy another one in a heartbeat, were the need were to arise! Beautiful van!!

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.
