No integrity.

3 hours agoNEW I worked with Nick Barnhill on a deal to purchase a vehicle. Financing was secured myself by a local bank due to the fact their finance department offered a rate that was nearly double what I was approved for at Carolina Trust. I called at 3:46pm this afternoon to let Nick know I was on my way there with a cashiers check for the truck, he said ok see you soon. I was about 3 minutes from their lot at 5:10pm when I received a call from Nick saying they had sold the vehicle. The sales manager, Jamie Stewart told me they had been in the process of selling this vehicle since noon. I don't who was telling the lies, Nick or Jamie. These people have no integrity. I would suggest spending your money somewhere else or proceeding with caution if you choose to do business here.

Stay away from this dealership !!!

First, I have no issues with a Ford product but believe customer service is paramount!!! The salesman and others involved with my vehicle have lied and deceived me with issues surrounding the loan payoff, registration, service appointments and delivery of additional truck accessories. Never in my adult life have I seen a combination of liars like I have with Conway Ford!!! Do not conduct business with these unethical and in professional people!!!

New Ford F150

Everyone at Conway Ford was wonderful. Made my purchase hassle free. They found me the truck I wanted and got me the price I asked for. It was a wonderful experience!

Ford F-250 repair

2019 Ford F-250 was leaking on the drivers side, floor board was soaked every time it rained, I only had truck 2 weeks when I took it in service, I received a call next day and was told that my truck was repaired and I could come get it, when I got the truck home I gave it a thorough look over and to my surprise the dealership had repaired windshield with a bead of silicone around top corner of windshield on a brand new truck. Needless to say I wasn?t happy, it rained the next few days and my new truck was soaked again on drivers side floorboard, carpet was saturated. I called shop again and complained about silicone and it was still leaking, I received call the next day and was told they would replace windshield but it would take 10 days to get new one. If the maintenance shop would have fixed my truck right the first time by replacing windshield instead of patching with silicone then my carpet would not have gotten wet and I would not have had to take my truck in 3 times which was ridiculous. I have always used Conway Ford and have always had good service until this happened, I didn?t even get a call after repair to see if it was fixed this time
