This was just a regular service appointment. It went as smooth as ever. I have never had issues with this dealership so far. All the service reps are friendly and helpful.

I scheduled my appointment online. Charles greeted me promptly and was ready to go once I arrived. While I waited, Steve Jenkins let me drive a new Land Cruiser so I could see if it was worth me considering when my current lease ends.

Great value - lifetime warranty at slightly more than a 4

Great value - lifetime warranty at slightly more than a 4 year battery - service was excellent- don?t listen to the operator on how long the wait might be - for battery change they were very quick

I recently leased a 2025 Camry Hybrid, and somehow

I recently leased a 2025 Camry Hybrid, and somehow managed to break the holder for the driver’s side visor. As soon as I contacted the New Car Sales Manager, he told me to come in anytime and he would immediately replace it. I did so the following day and, true to his word, he immediately replaced it: no long waits, no endless streams of paperwork. Thank you, Dillon(sp?) Dylan(sp?) and your technician who made the switch-out so quickly and seamlessly—it was a completely hassle-free experience and I couldn’t be more appreciative! Go Toyota Greenville!
