It is understandable if you are short staffed in the service department. But there are really no cars to sell. The lot is practically empty. Put your service ahead of your sales departnent before you lose all your customers. Look forward as to what will bring in revenue..right now could be tires and in a year or 2 a new car. There are 3 people in my family that drive Hondas where would you like us to go. To you all with outstanding service all the way around or a competitor who may sell me a new car. Good luck.

I purchased my car here and have all my service done here
I purchased my car here and have all my service done here and I feel like I can’t get out of there paying no less than $200 each time I get serviced. I’ve been misquoted on price and if I didn’t question it, I would have paid more. There are a lot of other locations that offer service for vehicles for cheaper. On top of that I questioned why my car starts up slowly when I push to start and I was never given an answer. $200+ later I still have no answer.

Excellent service from Travis in service. He took care of everything including cleaning my front windshield inside & out! I asked if he would because I have a compression fracture of T12 & am very short so I can do the reach. He’s always been terrific with me!
