Easy to make appointments for service. Service advisor met me upon arrival and work completed in a timely fashion.

Had a great experience only thing I would like to mention is I was told my windshield fluid was filled but after I went to use it the next day it was still completely empty. Great experience from Jordan otherwise.

Easiest car buying process I’ve ever experienced! I live two hours away and Austyn made sure to have everything ready for me by the time I got there making it a smooth process. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was there a little after the dealership closed and Austyn stayed and made sure to show me everything I needed to know about my new civic. He even gave the best suggestions for food in the area for us to grab a bite before our drive back home. 10/10 experience will always choose this dealership in the future.

For over 10 days now I have reached out to the Service Department to speak with a Service Advisor. In the last 10 days ago, not one person reached out. I called yesterday again, and yet again was told there were no advisors available. I left a message to have the General Manager reach out to myself and even he or she could not return a phone call. It amazes me how Honda can display such terrible service. If you have to fight this hard to get your car serviced, do you really want to buy your car from them? I have made 13 calls and not one was returned. Once it got so bad, I just drove in, parked my car in the bay and said you're fixing it due to your lack of call back. It's funny with all their poor reviews on service the system generates a vague response please reach out to our General Manager. Well, I did that yesterday morning, and I am still waiting for him and the advisor. Terrible service is an understatement and I wish I could give it 0 stars!
