They over price everything. The guy told me when I told him about the price of the car he told me that they don't over price. They do so Good luck if you go here. #hardpass

I came to AutoNation even though when I leased my car at another honda dealer. I have always loved the attentive customer service and, how much they listen to my concerns. I recently bought my car after my lease ended this month in May 2022, from the time I walked in and met with the car salesman( Grant) who I highly recommend he made everything, so effortless in the car purchase process; then we work with Jacques in the financial department who helped get the best coverage for my car moving forward and I was able to pick my own customized plan. In addition, he gave some great advise and pointer of my 2019 Accord.

That was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. We came in to AutoNation Sunday morning first thing. I was dreading it so we got there early… so early we arrived before they opened. The sales manager greeted us at the door anyway, and Mike D’Agostino came out to show us the CR-V I wanted. Mike was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. He explained everything, answered every question, and sat with us as the financing was being arranged. Amyn walked us through the financing in no time and made that process A LOT easier than I expected it to be. He even got a better rate than my bank had offered me! All in all I walked away with the car I wanted, had a painless experience, and will be coming back for service when I need it, even though this particular shop is a bit out of my way. When you find something you like, stay loyal. I will!
