I described that my brakes were grinding are squeaking
I described that my brakes were grinding are squeaking and I asked the dealership to look at my brakes among other things. They fix the “other things” for $1166, but never fix my brakes. I drove them off the lot and then she was still there. I took them to another repair shop and they showed me that there was zero padding on the back rear brakes. They let me drive off that lot with a safety issue. The repair shop was done that could have missed that.

Set appt a week in advance to get my Ridgeline serviced.
Set appt a week in advance to get my Ridgeline serviced. When I brought it in I tried to give details but the service writer was very uninterested. Took it in for humming noise and suspected front wheel bearing or u joint. They contacted me after about 3 hours saying vehicle was ready to pick up. I got there and the same brake dust was on the wheels as there was when I brought it in....and no fingerprints from taking off wheels. Writer said they found nothing wrong but here is a quote for new tires, new brakes and various other things I didn't bring it in for. I asked the writer if they drove it and heard the noise and took off the wheels to check the bearings etc. She assured me they did....I'm sure they did not. I took my vehicle to a competitor in orange City who immediately found the bad wheel bearing, ordered the parts and installed quickly and efficiently. I will not recommend auto nation Honda to anybody as they are clearly more interested in upping your repair bill then they are in fixing the problem you brought your vehicle in for.

The gentleman in the finance office was a little bit rude
The gentleman in the finance office was a little bit rude because I didn’t accept the optional protection products he was offering me. He literally threw the paperwork to me without an envelope to put my documents in. I believe his name is Zachary Keller. I even complained to the sale rep Austyn Long but he said that the dealership might be out of envelopes. Hummmmm ok!

I bought and also service my 2017 CR-V at AutoNation Honda Sanford. I rate them 5 stars. I recently had to have my car serviced and I had the pleasure of having Dan Benoit and Travis Bussin as service advisors. A part had to be ordered and when I brought my CR-V in for service, they replaced the part and found some additional problems which they promptly took care of. I couldn't be more pleased with the communication and service I receive at this dealership. Thank you Dan and Travis👍👍
