Great quick and speedy oil change and service that I

Great quick and speedy oil change and service that I scheduled on a Saturday that was done faster than I had planned on. Travis my Service Coordinator exceeded expectations. He always takes care of me. Only oversight from the technician was that my window washer fluid was not filled and was empty. Probably just an oversight on a busy Saturday. Always recommend all Autonation dealers.

These guys are the absolute best at what they do. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a person and not a sale. They were quick, efficient, and even helped me get the best value for my trade in. They went the extra mile and I walked away with a brand new Pilot! Robert Breedlove (GM of Autonation Honda Sanford ) and

Robert Breedlove (GM of Autonation Honda Sanford ) and William Johnson (Sales Manager - Honda Sanford location dealership) sold me a “Certified and Inspected” Ford Expedition 2015 last Monday. I took the Vehicle back within 3 days of purchase. After taking my son to the hospital we realized that it has an issue with Vibrations throughout and they refused to accept the vehicle back. They deemed it “safe” for my son (15 months) and my pregnant wife. A week later, the AC system Has gone out. I have reached out to corporate and everyone has continued to refuse to take responsibility and Cancel the Contract after multiple requests and even the auto finance bank stating they (Robert Breedlove and his Dealership) CAN cancel and have the power to do so if requested by the consumer regardless of their policies. Their dealership is a fraud and they scammed us a into a “certified” vehicle and will not take back this vehicle as requested dozens of times. They lied to us and we so not want this vehicle AT ALL. The Representative sales person from there Paula had even asked me If I wanted my trade in Vehicle back since I wanted to return the Expedition and when I took it, they refused to do anything. Their solution? Fix it or buy the vehicle back from me. Excuse me? You can’t sell something “certified” then expect a client to be fine with a “fix” when essentially you lied to the client and that is NOT what I am asking for to begin with. I am asking for hem to take back what they falsely sold me as a certified and safe vehicle. These are two serious issues in less than a week of use. What else was neglected? And to buy it back from me and have me accept a loss?? They are not to be trusted. The worst part is They expect us to drive our baby son in this and that it is “safe” while in less than 100 miles it is all starting to show it should NEVER have been cleared for a sale until Properly Inspected and FIXED.

We very much appreciated our salesman Josh who was very patient with us test driving multiple cars. We took each car on the highway and through town. He went over the features and when he was not sure about something he found the answer. We also enjoyed our interaction with Zack our finance person who explained all the information provided and gave options. We very much appreciated how everything was handled and love our new Van.

Beautiful dealership, had tons of very nice seating areas

Beautiful dealership, had tons of very nice seating areas with movies and with water for all the guests. Very nice people Jordan the person who took care of us in particular was amazing and very helpful. Loved my experience more at this Honda dealership than the one that is closer to my house. Would definitely drive the extra 15 minutes to come here!

This dealership surpassed our expectations.

This dealership surpassed our expectations. Let me start with the Johnson Brete in the sales department. I had originally called to get a quote and some information regarding a car. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He even went above that and sent me a text message with an out the door price for the car I was originally looking for. When we scheduled an appointment to go in and take a look at a car, we honestly expected to be hounded from the moment we walked in the door. None of that happened. He was very calm, professional and patient in answering all of our questions. We never once felt pressured. And when we decided on a car he walked us through every step and went to bat for us. And again, the patience he demonstrated in showing us all the bells and whistles for our car along with answering our questions AND even volunteering to set up our phones. I'm talking the place was closed and he was still there talking to us, without us ever feeling like we were an inconvenience. Johnson was EXCELLENT and we're so fortunate that he picked up the call. The next shout out goes to Keith Jamsky in the finance department. He was very down to earth and is awesome at his job. Again a very chill no pressure environment. Very friendly and patient when answering our questions and even making recommendations. He didn't just take the first finance offer that was given but looked for the best deal for us, taking in consideration what we told him were our priorities. I've never purchased a car before and honestly didn't know what to expect. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about purchasing in a dealership. I am beyond grateful that I have a different experience to tell. If you can come to Honda Sanford and get Johnson or Keith you will not regret it. We sure don't. And we got a beautiful car in the driveway to prove it!
