I made appointment for an airbag recall fix when I

I made appointment for an airbag recall fix when I arrived there were 3 reps and none of them will come to ask me what i need done for the day.. finally one appoach me no hello how are you no good morning... what you need today... i told him i was there for an air bag recall when he see saw i was not going to do anything else he was more short with his words.. I asked when would it be ready. he rudely comment that airbags takes a long time ..i told him i was going to wait... about 3 hours went by.. i called from the lobby of the dealership to check on the status the same advsor that took my car answer rudely he told and i quote i told it will a few hours thats not an easy job to do .. i went ok i was just checking and i asked him are they at least working on it already bother by my questions he told Yes i think so.. i immedtially was annoy that he was talking to me like i was getting in his way... i told him at the end that i had the right to ask about my car status when its getting service even if its for free. and hang up...i dont think that was a great experiance at all... but i could say the girl driving the shuttle is a gem she is so polite nicest girl ever

I had a scheduled maintenance service appointment, and

I had a scheduled maintenance service appointment, and everything went smoothly. A very attentive young lady (sorry did not catch your name) greeted me and told me Daniel Benoit, my service advisor, would be right with me. Daniel came shortly after and promised a time for the service to be done, and I was not disappointed. They got the car to me in no time and as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Thanks Omar for taking good care of my car.

Salespeople were good/great, car was good.

Salespeople were good/great, car was good. Checkout with the finance guy was ridiculous. 2 hours for a cash deal, when I sent EVERYthing in advance. He kept asking me for things I already sent. Very annoying if you’re in a hurry. Woulda been a 4.5 star if not for my check out experience.

I was quoted $1130.

I was quoted $1130.00 to replace starter motor on my 2014 Honda Accord...which would be $1209.00 with sales tax included. I thought that was highway robbery so instead I bought part at RockAuto.com and will replace it myself. Yanira was great - she was extremely professional and provided excellent communication throughout the visit.

Straightforward itemizing of previous work on thoroughly inspected like new car (2019) as well as thorough dealer knowledge of vehicle specifications, and itemized straight forward costs including dealer fees. In and out the door in two hours with no haggle. “Dee” is very pleasant and an excellent asset.

As always service was awesome and my service tech Travis is always reliable and very knowledgeable. I always ask for him personally. He is very trust worthy. I have been taking my car there for service since i purchased it there in 2012.

We have always used Honda in Sanford.

We have always used Honda in Sanford. Travis is our go-to gentleman. He knows his customers needs and wants. Always pleasant and professional. And honestly the service areas not bad. You can get food and drinks. Watch a movie or use your tech any way you want I really like our service there. And Travis is an amazing professional.
