It has been a while since I purchased a new car.
It has been a while since I purchased a new car. The experience is normally very time consuming and frustrating. It is second on my list of least favorite things to do, just behind going to the dentist. I am happy to report that all of the interactions with the team at AutoNation Honda greatly exceeded my expectations. They had everything ready when they said they would, they met all of their commitments, I didn't have to speak to multiple people and take hours and hours to close the deal - it really was a simple phone call, a quick test drive, sign the papers and leave with a great vehicle at a fair price. From the moment we drove onto the lot, everyone was incredibly personable, very professional, and easy to deal with. I definitely recommend the team at AutoNation Honda and I will be going back when it's time to buy another vehicle! I also want to leave a quick shout out to Michael Dagostino as a very knowledgeable, low pressure, and effective salesperson. He really helped make the entire experience very smooth by having everything ready for us. Thanks Mike! and the team at AutoNation!
