Most disappointing. I waited over an hour without being given any information. I was told that I did need the part I went in to have replaced but that they did not have in stock. this is a Honda dealer. I was then told my battery needed work for over $400 dollars. I asked to have my car back and left. Not a good experience at all. Certainly not professional and I will probably not bring my car back. I bought my car from this dealership and I have had all my oil changes and repairs done there.
