The finance department was awesome. The sales department has generally been fine, however the actual sales rep that was assigned to me was not as knowledgeable I expected. I was given wrong info and promised certain items. With the sales person and before signing have the sales person in the room confirm and get from writing what is promised and most importantly what is included in the deal. Like I said if it wasn’t for the sales person I would have rated 10 stars. However because nothing could be rectified even after it was confirmed what was told to me they couldn’t do anything. It’s not the sales director fault but solely on the sales manager. Very disappointing. I did ask for a small concession and it was never passed along. Disappointing but lesson learned. Deal directly with the director or general manager not the regular sales guy.
