I chose this dealership based on their reviews online and although there were a couple of mishaps, I'm satisfied with the purchase we made at AutoNation Honda. I appreciated the kind attention and patience had by Austyn Long. He helped us test drive the car when it arrived and walked us through the process the day of the purchase as well as Mike Dagostino for the information and attention he provided as we looked for a vehicle with a sooner arrival date. Richard, Sales Manager did everything possible to make our deal close and get our numbers to where they needed to be. Keith in Finance was kind and patient and took the time to explain the details of the purchase. Overall, I'm satisfied with our purchase at this dealership.

I made my appointment online. they had a large variety of times and options to bring my car in for service. I left it for pick up later. They checked me in quickly and I was on my way. The called within a couple hours to tell me my car was ready for pick up. The pickup options were just as acceptable as the drop off times. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership.

HORRIBLE. Gave over 24 hours notice for appt, checked in on day of, sat in lobby for an hour, then "SERVICE" specialist comes in and tells me they do not have the filter for my truck. Apparently service department run by toddlers.
