Excellent Buying Experience
The car buying process went smoothly and relatively quickly. Daryl delivered exactly what was promised on overall price and I could not be happier. When we got to the lot he was very attentive and happily showed us various available options. I am very happy with my purchase and with the accompanying experience.

Travis was right on task and came to my car with a bright smile and a willing attitude. He spent time to ask how I was recovering so it was nice that he remembered after all these months. xxx usual I was given the information as to what areas of the car required servicing and on paying my bill the two ladies were very friendly and polite.

Repairs way too expensive
Repair cost for Civic starter: almost $1000!!!! Took it to a national repair shop, and w a lifetime warranty, for it for half that price! Outrageous. And then they had the gall to email me while my car was in he shop to tell me that I took really good care of my car and did I want to trade it in for a new one with them. LOL

2018 Ridgeline Lemon?
The dealer is nerdy good and service writer Cosmos is fantastic unfortunately the 2018 Ridgeline I purchased is not. From failed wheel bearings to high pressure fuel pump and now HVAC failure it’s been the worst Honda I’ve ever owned. So much so if I would not lose a fortune I’d trade it for another brands truck

the staff was great
There's only 1 thing I had a problem with is when they had a certified vehicle which I was told went through a vigorous inspection. Then when I drove the vehicle it had a OBVIOUS NOISE in the a/c engine. I told them they need to look at it and they told me there will be NOISE with an older vehicle. I told them I've never been told that before there should be NO NOISE on a vehicle ESPECIALLY one that is suppose to be a certified used vehicle. Besides that they were GREAT I will be buying another vehicle from them grant was awesome and Justin kilburn was even better thanks for all they're help will be doing business again with them in the future

Great Experience
The experience was great. No pressure and the sales crew was willing to deal on the purchase of a vehicle. I had an experience at another dealership the day before I happened upon AutoNation and it was terrible. The salesmen were like vultures and they were not willing to deal at all. Their loss because I was ready to purchase.
