Wonderful car buying experience

From the moment we walked in and met with Skip the experience was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had. He showed us a few different cars and there was no pressure to buy on over the other. The facility is amazing and all personnel we met were very kind and friendly. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our car buying experience.

Very bad customer service

Advisor Joseph was rude. I was told service would take 1 hr 20minutes. I went to him since he never came to me after waiting for 1hr 40mnutes. He was on a personal call on his cell phone looked at me rolled his eyes as I was a nuisance and continued speaking on his phone. I waited for him to finish speaking for about 10 minutes to then find out he had my paper work all along. He then tells me I need tires and alignment. I asked how long it will take He said another 1hr 1/2. He never told me about any other work I needed. I told him I can’t wait that long have to get back to work. I asked how long for my car. He went to check came back to waiting area and told me 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes couldn’t find him but saw my car sitting in the adviser area and waited for some time then I went to the cashier very pleasant lady who called him through the walkie talkie another adviser told her Joseph is getting paperwork Car was sitting for sometime why does it take for someone to call the advisor for the advisor to then get paperwork while customer is waiting long time. Mmm maybe he was on another personal call and didn’t care about my time. After leaving I looked st paperwork and there were other service needed that he never mentioned.

This is my car care place

I have been going to this location for over 10 years now. It is not a question I suffer with of where am I going to take my car, it is here. Travis is my go to guy he takes great care of me.
