Terrible experience
I was assisted by Sales Associate Tommy who was very professional and did everything to meet my expectations. He took care of several hiccups that occurred along the way and ensured car was serviced & fluids checked. This should have been done prior to car being put on lot for sale, but it wasn’t done. I had to return to dealership on at least 5 different occasions to complete my purchase, which was very frustrating & time consuming & inconvenient. On my last visit, Bill (used car manager) was extremely disrespectful and callous about an issue that arose. He has no tact & no customer service etiquette. His attitude was unbecoming for someone in management & as a result he’s made my experience (with all the unnecessary hiccups) an absolute disappointment. I wound not recommend this dealership to my friends, as I would not want them to be insulted by Bill. Tommy deserves to work at a dealership where managers have respect for workers & customers alike.. The service department did such a sloppy job. Car was leaking oil & fumes were coming inside the car because they either failed to tighten something after the oil change, or they failed to replace a cover somewhere. Sub-par service which required another visit to get resolved. With the number of times I had to revisit dealership due to hiccups along the way, I was still very cooperative & patient & tried to exercise understanding until Bill proved to be an inept & rather incompetent manager. His interaction with me ruined my shopping experience @ this dealership.

I took my vehicle in for scheduled 60k maintenance, expecting to leave it for a full day. I was pleasantly surprised when the work was completed in half the time and all issues were addressed.

It was a great experience. The service department took a really good care of my vehicle and it was done in a timely manner. The only problem was they did not turn off the maintenance required on my vehicle since i got the necessary oil change done.
