Grade A experience.

Mike Stevens was great. The dealership is set up in a nice layout and the waiting area with the snacks are also a plus. Buying a car always takes a long time but I didn't mind the experience and hardly noticed the amount of time spent from start to finish.

Excellent Experience All Around

Our salesman (Amieke Reid) was terrific. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and eager to work with us while not being too pushy. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly.

Great service

Service rep was excellent even after service was completed and inspection report recommended tires replacement which we were unable to purchase for reasons beyond his control

Friendly, Family atmosphere

The friendly, clean atmosphere of the dealership,and the professional staff. I did not feel overwhelmed with hungry salespersons like other places. Thank you for being like family.

2nd Time Around

I love that everybody is soooo nice and helpful! And Casey is amazing!!! I think he is more OCD than I am and that Is hard to do & not a bad thing. LOL!!!!!! I will not go to any other service adviser but him!!!

My salesman Aimee did a exceptional job in meeting all of my needs.He had excellent follow up.I was quite impressed with the finance manager and sales manager and my personal experience was very good and I would recommend to my friends and business associates to visit your dealership.

POOR WARRANTY COVERAGE

I was treated courteously by everyone especially Steve Sellick,inspite of his recent accident, and Larry Rubin the service manager and by the staff in the cafe, which I did not partake in. I asked Steve to go over the NON COVERED REPAIR. He did when the car was returned from the wash area.
