Staff courteous. Facilities clean and comfortable.
The staff was courteous, the wait was comfortable. I was extremely pleased with Jeff, the bill was slightly less than he quoted and the wait time was less than I expected. He is an extremely pleasant and helpful gentleman.

How Service and Sales work together as a team/unit. Salesman were as concerned with Customer Service while waiting in the waiting room for the Service Department to complete work on my car. The Complimentary Cafe is an all time favorite.

David Carullo was great! It was my first visit to this Infiniti service center since I just moved. The service was excellent he was very detailed in recommending what my car needed and also anticipated options for me once my warranty expired. I will definitly continue to visit this service center.
