Out of town dealership

I was visiting in the area and needed service on my car and the service team was most responsive. They completed the service and made sure my car was ready for my return trip home.

Great service and facilities.

David Carullo was great! It was my first visit to this Infiniti service center since I just moved. The service was excellent he was very detailed in recommending what my car needed and also anticipated options for me once my warranty expired. I will definitly continue to visit this service center.

It was one of the best experiences i've had. the salesman was very helpful in gathering as much information as he could about the car and the process. i will recommend him in the future.

Great service

Bought my infiniti conv. G37 with service ( maintenance program ) via Mr Steven in spring 2012 ... Im at 6 th visit at your garage for maintenance . Never had appointment ... Always treat me as a ''king ''... ( I have been to other garage like Infiniti on Okeechobee .... Way not like you guys . ) Always have a loaner avalaible ... The way those people great us at arrival : wow .wow .... Im giving you a perfect score My William ( one of your advisor ) : perfect score too Im 49 years old : all my life been in costumer service ( F& B director for a hotel ) .... Just saying that I know whats mean costumer service !!!!!!!

Beautiful dealership, great car, SUPERB service

My point of contact is my service consultant, Mr. Steve Fischer. when it came time to buy a new car, I chose your dealership mainly because I wanted to stay with Steve--SUPERB customer service. Furthermore, he had a great deal of input with his advice and time regarding the car that I bought. He also introduced me to Ricardo who was very kind and patient throughout the purchasing process. Last but not least, Naseem Saleem did a fantastic job in explaining the contract and the options that were available to me. He is sincere and honest and as a woman buying a car, I greatly appreciate that.

Infiniti coconut creek most amazing service

As soon as I called to set up an appointment Heather (not sure last name) was amazing. Heather had me come in at my convenience and she was the most professional and nice person to talk to never get rid of her. And Joey Fouts also amazing got my car in and out in a day which never happens anywhere. Infiniti of coconut creek is very lucky to have them both working there and I was very lucky to be able to meet and work with them. I will never go anywhere else but Infiniti of coconut creek you truly are a great company And treat your customers like royalty. I can't thank them both enough.
