Went in for an oil change, but also to diagnose a rattling noise. Turned out it was a loose shield item under the car. Out the door less than $100, and feeling so relieved to not be told I needed an expensive repair. I'm always very happy with the service managers there, usually Ben or Jerry, and this time it was Oscar. I also appreciated paying the bill at the service managers desk, saving me time, a new service since I was last in.

Went there for a recall notice.
Went there for a recall notice. I set my appointment for the weekend and they told me that they would call me if the parts aren’t available for the recall repair. Never got a call. I showed up on Saturday for my 10:15am appointment and the line of cars were stretched out to the road. It took 45 minutes to get checked in, even though I had an appointment. I left them my car and a few hours later they called me and told me they couldn’t do the repair because they don’t have what they need for the recall repair. Complete waste of my day all because they could’t do the very basics of customer service!

Came in on 4/16 and purchased a pre-owned certified
Came in on 4/16 and purchased a pre-owned certified Toyota Corolla L. Was told the car would be ready on 4/19, just to be delayed to the 4/21. Arrived to the dealership at noon to test drive the car for the first time. It was then I learned that my car still needed to be fully detailed. After waiting for 7 hours I was then told that my car wasn't done being detailed and still had many obvious scratches and dents on the car. I then spoke with Elissa and scheduled the finalization of my car on 4/27. She said she wouldn't be there and stated that an associate, named Sergio, from the "We Owe" department would take care of my car and finalize all problems previously stated in the service lane. Just to be told after waiting in the service lane for about 2 hours that Sergio wasn't there and no one could finish detailing my car. Drove 40 mins just to waste gas. Just to receive an email telling me to bring my car in August. Completely unprofessional, constantly delayed, and would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Very unprofessional. Dropped my car @ 7:30am. They finally diagnosed it @ around 4pm. Car was ready the next day. But the same problem came back….
