Very unprofessional.
Very unprofessional. Dropped my car @ 7:30am. They finally diagnosed it @ around 4pm. Car was ready the next day. But the same problem came back….

I came in for a regular scheduled maintenance.
I came in for a regular scheduled maintenance. Fluid refill, check battery & brakes, and tire rotation. It took three hours for them to do the job. I had to speak to Michael who checked me in, just to find out the status of the vehicle. If I didn't asked him...the car will still be on hold.

Was handle well, they let me know the future issues early on. They are a little backed up at times and take longer than expected for an oil change. But overall pleased with the experience.

Except for my first experience in 2016, which was very good, I have not had a good experience with your salesmen. One didn't know the product and i felt like i was duped with the car that I got. And the one just last week, was not willing to work with me. Didn't offer any compromise. It was like he didn't care if I bought a car or not. So I didn't! Got a $30000 Chevy instead. Your loss. I will not be back.
