Toyota has the best service ever.

Toyota has the best service ever. I could not get an appointment for weeks but went as a walk in and it was my birthday and the treatment was like a queen. No matter who I get, all of the agents are great. Wow what an experience. Love this place.

Service is great, they take great care of my 2018 RAV4,

Service is great, they take great care of my 2018 RAV4, no issues.Scheduling was my only glitch. Didn’t receive appt confirmation email or text, both times i called to confirm and they asked me Both times about my 2015 RAV4 which was turned in as i have a 2018 RAV4.

The salesman, Itaat Sheikh, met my wife and I at our appointed time. Once we went through the normal process of testing and deciding on our choice of vehicle, the purchasing process was then executed and we left with our new Toyota and expressed our gratitude to Itaat for his professionalism which resulted in a pleasant buying experience for us. Employees standing around not assisting.

Employees standing around not assisting. Over charged for a tire that I was told would be reimbursed instead did not get a refund. I am a senior and my car was not brought to me I had to locate it on my own when work was completed. The tires were rotated and no one noticed a nail in one of them , I returned 3 times for this to be resolved, before they just put air in the tires and sent me on my way. My service tech needs to be trained, apparently he is new. The one before was just rude. I miss the techs that you had a few months ago, they knew what they were doing. If there was another place to take my car too I would. When I did finally locate my car after asking for help several times, no one bother to remove the floor paper or work number sign. I also had to ask for a sticker to know when to come for the next oil change.
