Been coming to Brandon my service advisor for over 10 years at Toyota and he is always top notch as he was this time, needed service and brakes installed and they did a great job. Also, have to mention Stewart the service manager has also always been great to work with and I appreciate all his support as well, since this is our 4th SUV we have bought and serviced at WP Toyota.

Sohail/Alex, (Sales) and Michael in finance were AWESOME. Our entire car buying experience was over the top. We went to 2 other Toyota dealers in Brevard County, Florida and were scammed or at least they tried to. Left both dealers and ended up at Autonation Winter Park, Florida. All the gentleman we worked with were professional, friendly, and down to earth guys. The dealership is definitely squared away. All the associates were always warm and friendly. We would definitely recommend Autonation Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. What you see is what you get. No aftermarket bs going on at this dealership. Totally transparent and a professional operation.

I was taken in for service promptly and service person
I was taken in for service promptly and service person was polite and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the time it took to get the tires rotated. I did not need an oil change. I got there on time for my appointment, but waited an hour for time rotation.

Service advisor provided very good and prompt service and was informative re issues. Was not pleased with the quick and sloppy vehicle wash...why bother??!! One long surface scratch on tailgate which I had to return with the vehicle the following day, but was buffed out successfully by the Service Manager. Service advisor took the time to print info re tire replacement for me to review and decide.
